One-to-One Counselling

Living with a brain tumour or brain injury can feel overwhelming, not only physically but emotionally too. You may feel anxious, uncertain or simply in need of someone who understands what you’re going through. Our one-to-one support sessions offer a safe, welcoming space where you can talk openly and feel listened to.

We provide personalised support tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are gentle and informal, guided by you and focused on whatever feels most important — whether that’s sharing concerns, asking questions, or just having time to talk. Working alongside experienced rehabilitation and therapy professionals, we support your emotional wellbeing as well as your physical and cognitive recovery. Our aim is to help you rebuild confidence, reduce feelings of isolation and regain a sense of independence at your own pace.

This support is available to anyone affected by a brain tumour or brain injury, including family members and carers. You don’t need a referral or a diagnosis to reach out — everyone is welcome. Above all, we strive to create a calm, compassionate environment where people feel understood and supported. No one should have to face these challenges alone.
